OUR COMMITMENT
The standard we build to
NAG International Marketing & Investment Group is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, magnification, speech input, or a keyboard rather than a mouse.
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we are progressively adopting the additional Level AA criteria introduced in WCAG 2.2. WCAG at Level AA is the standard referenced by EN 301 549 in the European Union, by Section 508 in the United States, and by courts applying the Americans with Disabilities Act.
This statement is written plainly rather than promotionally. It says what has actually been tested and what has not, because a statement claiming more than that would not help anyone who is trying to use this site.
CURRENT STATUS
Partially conformant
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the standard is met, but some content or functionality has not yet been independently verified.
WHAT WE HAVE DONE
Measures already in place
Colour contrast is measured, not estimated
Every colour pairing on the site is checked automatically against the design system, and the build fails if any pair drops below the WCAG threshold. Two brand colours were deliberately darkened because the originals did not pass.
Fully operable by keyboard
Every interactive element can be reached and used with a keyboard alone, focus is always visible, and there are no keyboard traps. A skip link is the first item in the tab order on every page.
Meaningful structure
Pages use real headings in order, landmark regions, and native form controls with associated labels. Automated structural checks run across all pages at every build.
Motion can be switched off
If your system is set to reduce motion, animations do not run, and the animation code is never downloaded at all. No content depends on movement in order to be read.
Text resizes and reflows
Zoom is never disabled. Layouts respond down to 360 pixels wide, and text can be enlarged without content being lost or clipped.
Errors are explained in words
Form validation messages are written out and announced to assistive technology. Colour is never the only way an error is communicated.

The anti-spam check is a third-party component
Our forms use ALTCHA, an open-source anti-spam check that runs on this site, to block automated abuse. We did not build it and have not audited its accessibility ourselves. If it prevents you from contacting us, please telephone or email instead — we will always accept an enquiry that way.
