Privacy policy

We collect only what you enter into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the project you are interested in, and your message. We also record the language of the page you submitted from, so that we reply in the same language.

Nothing that sets a cookie loads until you allow it. With your consent we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising; both set cookies, and the Meta Pixel reports your visit to Meta Platforms in the United States. Decline — or simply ignore the banner — and neither loads and no such cookie is written. You can change your answer at any time through «Cookie settings» at the foot of the page. Basic visit statistics are also collected without cookies, in aggregate, and cannot identify an individual visitor.

With the same consent we also use Yandex.Metrika. Yandex receives the pages you visit, your IP address and browser information, sets the cookies «_ym_uid», «_ym_d» and similar, and records a replay of your visit — mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and typing — so we can see how the site is used. Every field of the enquiry form is excluded from that recording: what you type into them is stored as asterisks and never reaches Yandex. Yandex processes and stores this information on servers in the Russian Federation. Decline, and it never loads.

Solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss the project you asked about. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Submissions are passed to NAG International's internal CRM and copied to the sales team by email, so that an enquiry is not lost if a system is unavailable.
