What data we collect, why, and how long we keep it
WHAT WE COLLECT
Data you provide
We collect only what you enter into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the project you are interested in, and your message. We also record the language of the page you submitted from, so that we reply in the same language.
We do not use tracking cookies and we do not build advertising profiles. Visit statistics are collected in aggregate, without cookies, and cannot identify an individual visitor.
WHY
How we use your data
Solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss the project you asked about. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Submissions are passed to NAG International's internal CRM and copied to the sales team by email, so that an enquiry is not lost if a system is unavailable.
RETENTION
How long we keep it
The backup copy of a submission held in temporary storage is deleted automatically after 90 days. Data in the CRM is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and as required by applicable law.
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, using the contact details on this site.
SECURITY
Protection and processors
The site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. The enquiry form is protected against automated submissions by ALTCHA, a check that runs on this site itself: it sets no cookies and sends nothing to third parties.
Traffic between your browser and this site is encrypted with TLS.
